Complete fit-out of the entire lease area including 900m² sales floor while managing an international and multi-disciplinary team consisting of a German general contractor, French centre companies and an Anglophone client.
- Verification of the client’s layout design concerning its compliance to French regulations.
- Elaboration of the permit set documents.
- Complete fit-out including MEP installations.
- Project Management including the coordination with landlord, centre management, technical controllers etc.
- Management of multi-disciplinary and multilingual teams consisting of a German general contractor, French companies for the technical trades and an Anglophone client.
